As a female INFJ type myself, let me first tell you that you do not need to change your personality type in order to be a more extroverted personality so that you can feel your own emotions.
I understand what you are wanting to say because I too could wish to spend more time in the EXTROVERSION zone, displaying my INTROVERTED emotions/thoughts/ideas. As INFJ type you CAN FEEL your emotions, that is why you have the F in your type.
But what you CANNOT do, just like I, is ever find the space/people, who will allow you to EXTROVERT your INTROVERTED self. People don´t want to listen to us, people don´t want to follow our trains of thoughts, people don´t want to do deep, meaningful thinking; do they?
